I just wanted to reach out with something a little different — a moment of gratitude, and a gift. I have either had the extraordinary privilege of being part of your journey in buying and/or selling a home or I get to call you my friend and family, and this, as you know, means a lot to me.

You’ve probably seen the Portland Frog around — marching, dancing, throwing flowers — a symbol of resilience and joy in the face of oppression. It’s become a bit of a local legend, and it’s inspired a piece of art we’re giving away today.
